As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment. The first email you receive will have several details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.

The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but you should find that the tracking link itself has more information to give.

If you have not received these tracking updates within five (5) business days of your order being placed, please contact us at (888) 473-3959 or send us an email to us at [email protected].

We typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving this order confirmation email. This time is estimated and is subject to change during the holiday season (November-January).

If you haven’t received your order within five (5) to ten (10) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact the shipping carrier with your name and tracking number for the most accurate and up to date information.
