My order is a gift… do you include price information on your packing slips?

Who can go wrong with gifting coffee?! No need to worry about being discreet, we do not include any pricing information on our packing slips. We also offer the option to write your gift message in the "Special Message" box located in the checkout process.

Can I place a large order (for my clients, employees, etc.)?

Yes! We curate and build uniquely Bad Ass gift baskets for offices, large teams, and special events. Please email us at [email protected] for all custom orders and/or corporate gifting requests and we will follow up with you regarding your request.

Do you have a military or teacher discount?

Yes! We do offer both a military and teacher discount for our online webstore. If you email [email protected] a picture of your military or school/district ID, we will send you over discount code that can be used for your future purchases.

How do I use a discount code?

If you receive a discount code, please enter it at checkout in the discount code field, and then click "Apply". Please note, only one discount code can be used per order.

Can I retroactively apply a coupon?

We are unable to guarantee that we will be able to retroactively apply discounts if you did not place your order the same day the order is placed. Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you need assistance.

How can I purchase a gift card?

We offer three options for gift cards, in-store digital gift cards, in-store physical gift cards, and online store digital gift cards.
