What is a subscription?

A coffee subscription is the most convenient way to regularly enjoy your favorite, quality Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii. Your subscription order will regularly send your favorite coffee based on your chosen frequency. The program is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you'd like.

You always have complete control over your coffee subscriptions orders. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, quantity, and coffee anytime by logging in and clicking ‘Manage Subscriptions’ located here. Changes to orders can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled charge date, and you can cancel or skip your shipment at any time. 

What is a recurring subscription?

A recurring subscription is better suited for regular coffee drinkers who would like their coffee delivered on a set schedule indefinitely. This option offers the most flexibility where you have the ability to customize, swap out, skip shipments, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription at anytime, unlike the prepaid option.

Do I need a website account to have a subscription?

A website account is highly recommended, but not required. A website account will make it easier to manage all your subscriptions, one-time purchases, shipping, and billing information in one place. If you sign up for a subscription without an account, you will still receive subscription order notification emails. 

You may have a subscription with us and get an error message when logging in stating that you do not have an account. You can still manage your subscription by selecting "Click Here" under "Need help accessing your subscription?" and entering in your email address.

When will I be billed for my recurring subscription?

You will be billed on the day you order your subscription. All subsequent charges will be consistent with the frequency of your subscription order date at midnight.

How are subscriptions affected by the global coffee shortage?

Subscriptions can be affected by global supply chain issues. These can cause certain products to be discontinued that are part of your subscription package. In this case, we will do our best to notify the customer prior to the upcoming charge date to swap the subscription out with another equivalent coffee. We will always try to notify the customer prior to the change. Please reach out to Customer Care if you have any questions or would like coffee suggestions.
